At Chap’s Fine Cigars, we are committed to providing timely and reliable delivery to our customers. Below is everything you need to know about our order processing, shipping options, costs, and more.

Order Processing Timeframes

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday.

  • Holiday Delays: Processing may be delayed during U.S. holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Standard (3–7 business days): $7.50 flat rate

    • Expedited (2–3 business days): $14.95

    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 (standard only)

  • International Shipping:

    • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

    • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Domestic Shipping Options (USA)

We offer shipping via:

  • USPS (First-Class, Priority, Express)

  • UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air)

  • FedEx (Ground, Express)

Delivery time estimates vary by region and shipping option chosen. Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped.

 

International Shipping Options

 

We currently ship internationally to select countries via:

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx International

  • USPS International Priority

Delivery time varies between 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Chap’s Fine Cigars is not liable for customs delays.

Potential Service Interruptions

We strive to deliver all orders on time, but service may be affected by:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections (international orders)

  • Pandemics or national emergencies

We will notify customers via email if delays are anticipated.

Address Accuracy

​

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to user error may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Lost or Damaged Packages

​

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, contact us within 7 days.

  • Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 3 days of receipt.

We will work with you to resolve any issues in line with our return policy.

Order Changes or Cancellations

​

To change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as the order may have already entered processing.
