Refund Policy

At Chap’s Fine Cigars, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all cigar sales are final. However, we understand that issues can occur, and we’re here to help:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at Chapsfinecigars@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product, if damaged

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used cigars

  • Humidors, cutters, or accessories that show signs of use

  • Gift cards or promotional items
